Comprehensive Guidance Throughout Your DWI Proceedings
As an attorney, I strive to offer the detailed and supportive DWI defense representation you need to traverse the criminal and administrative Department of Revenue (DOR) hearings following your arrest. To that end, I appear with you or on your behalf at every court hearing as well as the hearing before the Department of Revenue regarding the possible suspension of your driving privileges. During both processes, I am always examining the case against you for information that can be used to have the charges against you reduced or even eliminated. I also conduct a thorough examination of the events leading to your traffic stop and the officer’s actions during that stop, and will go as far as putting the officer on the witness stand during your trial. My training in the proper execution of DWI field sobriety tests allows me to ensure that you were given a fair opportunity during your stop and that all subsequent tests were completed to the letter of the law. I encourage you to explore both the Results and Testimonials pages, and please pay particular attention to the Jefferson County cases on the Results page.
